My journey in the world of spray tanning is deeply personal. Diagnosed with vitiligo (an auto immune disease-causing loss of skin pigment and a list of other things) at the tender age of nine, I embarked on a path of challenges and discoveries.

 

Despite my diagnosis, the severity of my condition didn't fully register until much later in life. Throughout high school, I indulged in sun exposure and even tanning beds, unaware of the harm I was inflicting on my skin and my immune system.

 

It wasn't until my early thirties, during my journey through esthetics schooling, that I learned that sun exposure in moderation is okay but that the seriousness of my autoimmune disorder truly dawned on me. Armed with newfound knowledge and a deepened understanding of skincare, I made it my mission to not only protect my own skin but to provide a safe haven for others seeking a healthier alternative to traditional tanning methods.
